Ziegler CAT is seeking a Rental Coordination Manager to lead and develop our inside rental and call center teams across assigned branches. This role serves as a liaison between sales leadership and rental operations ensuring consistent performance strong customer service and efficient rental processes. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills a coaching mindset and the ability to drive operational excellence in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise inside rental and call center employees at assigned branches - responsible for hiring training and ongoing performance coaching of team members
- Lead routine team meetings in addition to monthly one-on-one calls with direct reports to orchestrate an ongoing learning environment.
- Inform team members of new processes and update them on both divisional and corporate initiatives
- Oversee employee dashboards to ensure consistent performance across team members work with team to best utilize dashboards to stay abreast of key rental metrics
- Develop strategies to boost rental efficiency and customer satisfaction while complying with company policies
- Partner with branch managers to enhance rental equipment availability and reduce downtime for Zieglers customers
- Report on team status and metrics to rental leadership on a regular basis
- Handle escalated customer issues in a professional manner seeking fair resolutions. Keep rental leadership informed throughout the process and resolution
- Initiate and run rental projects and communication as required for example seasonal equipment rentals
Qualifications:
- 2-year degree required 4-year College degreepreferred
- 4 years in heavy equipment and/or agricultureindustry experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Personal Attributes: Customer Focus Planning/Organization Problem Solving Attention to Detail Leadership and Teamwork

The total compensation (base plus incentive) for this position is
$90700.00 to $136000.00
Starting wage is dependent on skills experience and education. Along with competitive pay full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
