Job Summary
Flourish Australia has an exciting career opportunity for a suitably qualified staff member join the leadership team as the Regional Manager Employment Services!
This position available is:
- Ongoing Full-time (76 hours/fortnight)
- Working Monday to Friday (with some on-call responsibilities)
- Based in Sydney overseeing the Community Businesses & Employment Services throughout Flourish Australia with travel required
- Level 8 on the Flourish Australia Enterprise Agreement (2018)
About this Opportunity
The Regional Manager Employment Services oversees the efficient delivery of Flourish Australias community businesses and Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program.

Selection Criteria
Essential
- A diploma or degree in the behavioural sciences employment services or related discipline.
- At least5 years experience in a relevant supervisory role.
- Demonstrated engagement collaboration and negotiation skills with the capability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Demonstrated experience delivering financial management and reporting of business activities.
- Demonstrated experience administering complex policy and commercial business matters including commercial tendering and procurement.
- Demonstrated experience in leading the implementation of policies and programs and provide initiative and have the ability to formulate implement monitor and evaluate projects and programs.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and directing daily production activities.
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
