Description

We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the next chapter of Oracle Fusion Applications by driving the shift toward agentic touchless ERP this role you will define and execute the roadmap for AI-powered agents that simplify automate and intelligently guide complex Credit-to-Cash workflows.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering UX and SAE teams to deliver natural language interfaces prompt-driven agents and intelligent automation that reduce manual effort improve operational efficiency and deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to apply cutting-edge Generative AI to real enterprise-scale challengestransforming how customers achieve outcome-driven value from Oracle Fusion Applications.

Responsibilities

As a member of the product development division you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI-driven touchless ERP solutions focusing on the seamless automation of business processes.
  • Champion the shift from traditional user interfaces to end-to-end fully automated flows.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering design and customer success) to deliver market-differentiating agentic product features.
  • Remain at the forefront of AI trends and technologies bringing thought leadership and a unique perspective on their role within enterprise software.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders customers and industry leaders to drive product adoption and ensure alignment with real-world business needs.
  • Set and measure KPIs for automation successprioritizing outcomes that minimize or remove manual touchpoints.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $74700 to $178100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
