Your Role in Our Mission
As the Office Manager you play a vital role in supporting the success of our crisis services! You are responsible for clerical and records management duties for the VA REACH program ensuring compliance with all federal state and local regulations. Key responsibilities include maintaining client records coordinating administrative tasks tracking employee training compliance and supporting VA REACH leadership. This role also involves scheduling maintenance managing office supplies and accurately documenting meetings and service data.

What Were Looking For
We also require the following:
- Education: Associates degree and five years related experience OR Bachelors degree and two years related experience required.
- Skills: highly organized compassionate adept at multitasking and an effective communicator
- Proficiency in utilizing data management programs especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- A valid drivers license a clean driving record and current auto insurance.
