As EU 3P AB we need to build or rebuild the whole data structure serving our team and streamline reporting strengthening our whole data architecture. Bandwidth to be allocated on scaling up initiatives rather avoiding ad-hoc requests to facilitate our transition to AI powered tools leveraging clean and standard datasets.
Key job responsibilities
Key Priorities:
a. Data Infrastructure Development: Design build and maintain structured standardized and well-documented data marts that serve multiple business programs. Ensure data architecture follows best practices and is optimized for integration with AI/ML systems and analytical tools. Contribute to establishing and maintaining data architecture standards in collaboration with the Business Intelligence team.
b. Dashboard & Analytics Migration: contribute to the transition of key business reporting to modern analytics platforms including both backend data mart development and frontend dashboard creation and maintenance.
c. Data Foundation for Advanced Analytics: Build scalable data components and pipelines to support Data Science and Software Development teams on upcoming analytical projects.
d. Operational Data Solutions: Develop self-service datasets and automated reporting solutions that improve team productivity across various business functions (e.g. recruitment program management) reducing manual data requests and enabling teams to access standardized metrics independently.

- 5 years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift Oracle NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau Quicksight or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
- Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2 DynamoDB S3 and Redshift
- Experience in data mining ETL etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale complex datasets
