About the role
Carrier Digital HubPragueis looking for a passionate candidate to join our Digital ERPCoEteamas Associate S/4 Hana Central Finance Order to Cash.Thisrole requiresexpertiseinSAP S/4 HanaFinance and supports Finance work streams in implementing and supportingOrder to Cash functionality including FSCM and banking.The candidate will support efficient processesto achieve business goals including integration points with other SAP modules or other applications following SAP standard methodologiesand Carrier templates.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology orFinance/Accountingrelated fieldispreferred.
Minimum of3-5years of experienceininformationtechnology and/or responsibilities withinCFINFinancea related area of business.
Minimum of 3 years of proven hands-on experience in SAP- CFINOTCBankingprojectdelivery or support
S4/HANA financecontrollingand asset managementknowledge.
Resultsorientation striving to bolster personal and team results.
Effective interpersonal teamwork and collaboration skills
Open and able to work inculturallydiverseenvironment.
Experience in customer-facing roles preferably in consultancy.

Responsibilities
Order-to-Cash Process Optimization: Support and enhance Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes such as invoicing cash application and credit management within Central Finance to ensure efficient financial operations.
Data Integration and Reconciliation: Ensureaccuratereplication and reconciliation of banking and OTC transactions between source systems and CFINmaintainingdata accuracy and consistency.
Banking and Payment Configuration: Assist in configuring and managing payment processes including electronic bank statements payment methods and integration with banking systems within the CFIN environment.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that processes adhere to regulatory standards and mitigate risks related to banking and financial transactions ensuringcomplianceand reducing potential risks.
Issue Resolution and User Training: Troubleshoot functional issues provide end-user training and create detailed documentation for banking and OTC workflows to ensure users are well-informedand processes are well-documented.
Activelyparticipatesin team activities values others contributions and works towards common goals provide help to teammates andiswilling to share knowledge and resources.
