• Responsibilitiesincludebusiness requirement gathering analysis and solution design implementation and testingstandard business support
• Candidate must be able to lead and supportnew processend-to-endimplementation
• Work infast-growinginternational team ofvarious nationalities and cultures
• Collaboration with otherSAP expertsimplementing the solution acrosscountries worldwide
• Emphasis on innovationleveragingAI capabilities andoptimizingbusiness processes
• The incumbentwill report to theS4 HANA Functional Leader

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related business discipline(s)
• Minimum of8years of experience within the information technology and/or increasing responsibilities within a related or relevant area of business.
• Minimum of6years of proven hands-on experience inSAP ERP project cycle implementation experience
• ProficiencyinSAPS4/HANAProcure to Pay understanding dependencies withother modules
• Result orientation always stretching to drive personal and team outcomes
• Effective interpersonal teamwork and collaboration skills
• Open-mindnessandabilityto work in culturallydiverseenvironment
• Customer facing skills ideally gained a consultancy role
• Demonstrated agile-development mindset with strong customer-focus
• Spoken and written English is mandatory
• Willing to travelinternationally

Responsibilities

• Implement/review/confirmERPsolutionsthat adhere to high level conceptual design and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in projects/enhancements
• Perform scoping fit-to-standardworkshops for projects/enhancements propose solutions for keygaps provide effortestimatesand align with businessrepresentatives
• Definesand prioritizes SAP ERP product features in collaboration with business subject matter experts
• Demonstrate productexpertiseandestablishcloseand effectivecooperation with customer / business
• Explorenewly releasedSAP/S4 HANA 2025features to increase customer satisfaction anddelivercontinuous productivity improvementinitiate align within business and implementthe solutions
• Innovatepropose providePoCs
• Coach and mentorjuniorteam members within the incumbent process domain responsibility
• Provide digital / technical advice and consultancy to clients in effective manner
• Lead SAP ERP software deliveries with a heavy focus on reuse and standardization
• Perform any other activities requested by your supervisor that are in line with the incumbents competences and experience
