Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate SENCO to join a well-established independent school in Salisbury. This is a key role within the school offering the opportunity to lead and further develop SEND provision in a calm supportive environment with small class sizes and strong pastoral care.

The Role
Leading SEND provision across the school
Overseeing EHCP processes reviews and statutory requirements
Coordinating interventions and support strategies for pupils with additional needs
Working closely with teaching staff senior leaders parents and external agencies
Advising and supporting staff on inclusive classroom practice
Monitoring pupil progress and contributing to whole-school improvement
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
NASENCO qualification (or willingness to complete if not already held)
Experience supporting pupils with SEND in a school setting
Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and EHCP processes
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A calm professional and pupil-centred approach
