Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree
National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or willingness to work towards it
Experience supporting students with a range of SEND needs in a secondary setting
Strong knowledge of SEND legislation EHCP processes and inclusive practice
Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
Commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable learners and promoting inclusion
