Join Our Team as a Bilingual Recruiter!
Are you a people-person with a knack for finding top talent and a flair for Spanish AND English Were on the hunt for an energetic motivated and resourceful Bilingual Recruiter to join our fast-paced high-vibe recruiting team.
What Youll Be Doing:
Scouting the best talent across platforms like Indeed LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter.
Interviewing screening and hiring candidates for a variety of exciting roles.
Keeping things running smoothly by managing our HRIS system filling staffing orders and handling new hire paperwork.
Leading the way with orientations and onboarding.
Building long-lasting relationships with clients and delivering A customer service and account management.

What Were Looking For:
Fully fluent in Spanish and English you can switch between the two like a pro.
1-2 years of customer service experience where you crushed it (bonus points for recruiting experience!).
Strong attention to detail and a knack for juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Someone whos excited to learn grow and make a difference.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (on-site)
