Our Client is hiring a Junior Loan Officer/Underwriter responsible for analyzing financial statements assessing creditworthiness and making recommendations on lending decisions. This role involves evaluating borrower risk preparing credit documentation and collaborating with other departments. Locations: Georgia Loan Center Duluth GA; Eastern Loan Center Fort Lee NJ; Western Loan Center Los Angeles CA.

Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and assess borrower creditworthiness.
- Evaluate credit applications and identify risk factors for individuals and businesses.
- Conduct financial and industry analysis to support lending decisions.
- Prepare detailed credit reports and risk assessments for loan approvals.
- Monitor and manage loan portfolios to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting credit risk.
Qualifications
- Open to entry-level candidates (2 years of experience or less).
- Bachelors degree.
- Background in Business Accounting and/or Finance (preferred).
- Experience in commercial lending or corporate banking (preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Korean
- Strong analytical skills (preferred).
- Deep understanding of financial markets (preferred).
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments (preferred).
