A well-established motorhome operation is seeking an experienced Mechanic / Branch Supervisor to manage workshop operations and lead a small team. This is a hands-on role combining mechanical expertise with supervisory responsibility.
A well-established motorhome operation is seeking an experienced Mechanic / Branch Supervisor to manage workshop operations and lead a small team. This is a hands-on role combining mechanical expertise with supervisory responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical maintenance diagnostic and repairs on motorhomes and company vehicles
- Ensuring vehicles are roadworthy safe and compliant
- Supervising daily workshop and branch operations
- Allocating work monitoring productivity and meeting deadlines
- Maintaining safety quality and professional standards
- Red Seal qualification with 3 years mechanical experience
- Grade 12
- Valid drivers licence & valid passport (mandatory)
- Supervisory or workshop management experience
- Willingness to travel occasionally to neighbouring countries.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
