Do you love food trends and building communities At KoRo were growing fast in the Netherlands and were looking for someone who can bring our brand to life both online and offline. As our Junior Social Media and Community Manager for the Dutch market youll create engaging short-form content for socials connect with our community and support local campaigns and activations. If youre creative proactive and comfortable in front and behind of the camera this role is perfect for you! Your key responsibilities will include:
Social media & content creation
- Create and publish short form video content for Instagram and TikTok
- Be comfortable in front of the camera ie. street interviews tastings events and trends
- Translate KoRos brand tone into Dutch culture trends and humour
- Spot trends early and quickly turn them into KoRo-style content
- Engage with the Dutch community via comments DMs polls and stories
Ground activation & events
- Work closely with the Country Manager on local campaigns and activations
- Actively participate in KoRo activations such as fairs pop ups and sampling events
- Create real time content during events (stories reels TikToks)
- Help bring KoRo to life offline and turn it into shareable online content
Your profile
- Ideally you are available to start as soon as possible.
- You have a background in Marketing Communications or a related field diverse professional backgrounds are welcome.
- You bring up to 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing - any digital marketing experience is a bonus.
- You are fluent in Dutch and have excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Ideally youre based in (or near) Amsterdam and excited to take part in events and activations across the Netherlands.
- You feel confident on camera and enjoy creating content even in public spaces.
- Youre familiar with short-form video creation and basic editing tools (like CapCut and Canva)
- You know your way around social media platforms especially Instagram and TikTok.
- Youre independent proactive meticulous resilient and a team player who loves collaborating.
- Youre passionate about food trends Dutch culture and creating content that truly connects with your audience.
