The Role

Based in Auckland and reporting to the NZ Operations Manager this is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced warehouse operator ready to grow into a leadership role. As Senior Warehouse Operator youll play a key part in our day-to-day distribution activities while also taking on responsibilities that will stretch and develop your leadership skills.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading by example in warehouse operations (receiving dispatch inventory safety)
Supporting and mentoring team members stepping into leadership tasks as required
Contributing ideas to improve efficiency safety and teamwork
Playing a key part in our succession planning for future leadership opportunities

Warehouse and distribution experience (essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
