We are looking for a Full-time Parts Specialist to help us in delivering award-winning customer service and creating a unique and memorable experience for our customers. This position will assist the Parts Manager in ensuring the success of the Marina at our Wolfeboro.
The Parts Specialist is responsible for assisting the Parts Manager with parts inventory cycle count and ordering supplies needed for service.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
Assist walk-in customers as well as phone customers with their parts and accessory needs.
Lead day-to-day operations of the parts department in the absence of the Parts Manager.
Order return receive and provide parts to the service department.
Accurately receive and assign parts and purchases to the appropriate service and customer orders.
Communicate in an efficient and timely manner with OEM suppliers both over the phone and through email.
Recommend products and encourage sales while assisting customers.
Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and work unsupervised.
Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.
Must be available to work overtime during the busy seasons some weekends are a must.
Other duties as needed.
Education:
Minimum of High School degree or equivalent
ASE certification preferred
Valid drivers license
Experience:
Must have working knowledge of marine parts and components.
A minimum 2-years of experience in a repair or service facility.
Good administrative planning and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Lightspeed software is a plus.
Computer skills a must.
Salary:
$20 - $27 per hour
