Job Details:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced BDM Media & Entertainment Farmer to manage and grow relationships with clients .

This role focuses on account farming-driving revenue growth nurturing client relationships and uncovering new opportunities within established accounts in the Media & Entertainment industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow strategic Media & Ent accounts.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with key client stakeholders (engineering procurement
  • product and executive levels). Identify cross-sell upsell and solution expansion opportunities aligned with client roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with internal solution architects delivery teams and product managers to craft tailored solutions.
  • Drive account planning quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and long-term growth strategies.
  • Track market trends customer challenges and competitive landscape to stay ahead of opportunities.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement through proactive support and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Electronics Computer Engineering or related technical field; MBA is an advantage.
  • 10 years of account management/business development experience with at least 3 years in the Disney Accounts.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue in large strategic accounts.
  • Excellent client-facing communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with global delivery teams in an IT services or technology solutions environment.
