Technical Recruiter (Remote Brazil)

About the Role
Were looking for a Technical Recruiter based in Brazil to help us scale our engineering and technical teams this role youll own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions partnering closely with hiring managers to attract assess and hire top tech talent in a fast-paced remote-first environment.
What Youll Do

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineers QA DevOps Data Product etc.)

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements team needs and hiring priorities
-
Source candidates through LinkedIn job boards referrals and other creative channels
-
Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews
-
Coordinate interview processes across time zones and ensure a great candidate experience
-
Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
-
Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives
-
Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-hire pipeline health offer acceptance rates)
What Were Looking For
-
2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter
-
Proven experience hiring for technical roles in software or technology companies
-
Strong understanding of technical stacks roles and hiring market trends
-
Experience recruiting in a remote or distributed team environment
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
-
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
-
Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
-
Experience recruiting for international or global teams
-
Familiarity with ATS tools (Greenhouse Lever Workable etc.)

Knowledge of Brazilian and international hiring practices
