Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

Guest house Management of Catering Service Housekeeping & general management in plant.
Ensuring & Managing Gate Canteen & Cafeteria
Housekeeping of office premises for Cement Plant & Captive Power Plant
Best utilization of pest control service and RO Water maintenance & water supply to the Plant
Active member & coordinating EMC Sports Events Health Club Ladies Club and other Employee Welfare activities
Ensuring the timely services of refreshments and 24 X 7 Admin services in shut down & break down
Budget monitoring and control SAP Knowledge Weekly & Monthly MIS I&F Bill Processing
Managing employees & family grievances/ expectations on Admin Services
Colony Management and basic acumen of building maintenance
Co-ordination for Events Managements like ECF EMC Club Activities Family Get-to-gather Festivals etc.
I&F Support for Uniform Business Card Re-location support Diaries & Calendars Deepavali Sweets Courier etc.
Exposure in Interior Project is added advantage and Managing the entire workspace management Report).
