KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for customer management JCB & Ashok Leyland (prime customers).
- Candidate is preferrable as a resident in Faridabad near JCB plant will include a monthly once travel to Pant Nagar where Ashok Leyland is situated.
- Responsible for customer score card KPIs PPM/OTIF/Warranty & other metrics as in score card of JCB & AL.
- Candidate should manage these 2 satellite plant locations (Faridabad & Pant Nagar)& should have fair knowledge in operation management. Monthly reporting ofthese KPI to be done to main site.
- Ensuring inhouse process control through SPC.
- Customer line issues handling and resolution through 8D approach. Requires customer visits.
- Warranty failure analysis and action plan submission.
- Handling customer audits and Customer PPAP submission
- All relevant QMS audit management in shop floor process audit/CAPA/ etc.
- Customer visit coordination PPAP audits and other related process audits.
- Have good knowledge on calibration & QA lab management.
- Should have fair knowledge on SPC
POSITION REQUIREMENT
- Knowledge on heat exchangers is added advantage.
- Knowledge of SPC required for validating analysis of process capability.
- Good knowledge about Quality tools such as 8D-Analysis Fishbone Analysis 5-Why Analysis.
- Good knowledge about GD/T terms.
- Knowledge of international quality standards including ISO and IATF/TS16949
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Power Point skills.
- Fair knowledge on operation KPIs schedule management/losses & productivity review.
AUTHORITY
- Stop members working in unsafe conditions.
- Decision to go for sorting / segregation on suspected parts at customer end.
- Stop production if CAPA audit found nonconformance.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Automotive.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive / non-automotive industry experience; leading AIAG APQP PPAP and 8D
