Job Summary
About the role:
As part of the Cloud Health & Governance team you will work closely with enterprise architects and
cloud operation teams to further define the standards around cloud operations to ensure a uniform
approach to a multi-cloud environment. You will work closely with cloud SMEs as well as senior
leadership to gain an understanding of business objectives and challenges intended to ensure an
industry best practice approach to maturing cloud operations. Security hardening and fortification will
be a top priority that should be the cornerstone of future standards intended to reduce risk and drive a
positive corporate reputation for our customers.
What you'll be doing:
Partnering with the Security App Management and App Engineering to continually review and
understand new industry security threats in the cloud
Pursue opportunities to further operational excellence by increasing efficiency and reducing risk
complexity waste and cost
Partner with key stakeholders to establish technical direction and negotiate technical decision
points to drive innovative solutions
Drive technical design and validation while ensuring implementation aligns with our technical
strategies and strategic business goals
Developing enhancing and maintaining established enterprise cloud governance standards with
an emphasis on security fortification
Collaborate with enterprise architects across the organization to incorporate industry best
practices into the organization cloud standards
Collaborating with enterprise architects to ensure suitable translation of architectural solutions
and standards into robust and effective implementation
Write and reviews scripts to manage governance workflows
Aligning/translating organizational business objectives into enterprise cloud operation
standards
Drive transparency across the enterprise through regular collaboration with cloud stakeholders
& senior leadership
Keep a finger on the pulse of cloud technology through an investment of time in the areas of
professional development
What we'll want you to have:
B.S. in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent work experience required

5 years of experience in the implementation of cloud technologies (AWS) and an
understanding of SAAS PAAS and IAAS models
In-depth knowledge of AWS and features to support IaaS PaaS and microservices.
AWS Solutions Architect certification or better
Experienced with agile methodology
Exemplary written and spoken communication skills
Working knowledge of common scripting languages (PowerShell bash python etc)
Security first approach to cloud standards and solutions
Working knowledge of infrastructure as code concepts
Enterprise multi-cloud experience & exposure preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure preferred
Security certifications or relevant experience preferred
DEVOPS or DEVSECOPS prior experience preferred
Ability to deliver work which meets all minimum standards of quality security and operability
Ability to work varied hours as needed to support the business
