Were looking for a sharp product-driven Senior Business Analyst who doesnt just gather requirementsbut thinks like a lender designs like a product owner and delivers like an operator.
If youve lived and breathed Loan Management Systems (LMS) understand the end-to-end lending lifecycle and have partnered closely with tech teams to build scalable productsthis role is for you.
What Youll Own
End-to-End Lending Journey Design
Own the complete lifecyclefrom origination underwriting disbursement servicing collections closure
Product Thinking & Requirement Engineering
Translate complex lending workflows into clear BRDs FRDs user stories and process flows
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Implementation Engineering and Clients Business teams to drive impactful releases
Loan Management System Expertise
Deep involvement in LMS implementation customization or enhancement
Process Optimization
Identify inefficiencies and design scalable automated workflows
Data-Driven Decisions
Use analytics and business insights to improve loan performance reduce TAT and enhance CX
Release Ownership
Be the bridge between business and techown sprint planning UAT and go-live readiness
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in lending /fintech /BFSI
- Strong exposure to Loan Management Systems (LMS) (mandatory)Hands-on experience in building or enhancing lending products
- Deep understanding of:
- Loan origination & underwriting workflows
- Repayment schedules interest calculations amortization
- Collections & delinquency management
- Exposure to API integrations system architecture discussions
- Understanding of regulatory compliance (RBI guidelines KYC etc.)
- Strong skills in:
- Requirement documentation (BRD FRD user stories)
- Process mapping (flowcharts etc)
- Stakeholder management
- UI/UX designing
- Crisp written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent listening interpersonal written and oral communication skills

Promoter Profile
Mudit Jain is the CEO and Founder of Synoriq. He is an IIT Bombay Alumni with experience of 14 years of working with various banks HFCs and NFCs. He served as the Country Head for Finmechanics at a very young age of 24. He has also worked with PwC and Diamond Consulting after graduating from IIT Bombay. Before starting Synoriq he was the co-founder of Qriyo - Indias first managed home tuition app.
