Job Summary
Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes including invoice verification booking and vendor payments Ensure timely vendor reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies Handle financial accounting entries ledger scrutiny and month-end closing activities Manage compliance related to TDS GST and Income Tax filings and reconciliations Prepare and maintain GST returns TDS returns and assist in tax audits Ensure proper documentation and statutory compliance as per Indian regulations Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth financial operations Assist in audit processes (internal & external) and provide required data Maintain accurate records in Zoho Books / Tally and generate MIS reports
Requirements
13 years of experience in Finance & Accounts Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable Financial Accounting TDS GST and Income Tax Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Tally Good understanding of accounting principles and compliance regulations Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to intermediate level) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role

Required Skills:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance/Accounting ( Finance). 38 years of experience in Real Estate Finance / Construction Finance. Strong knowledge of RERA compliance project accounting GST and TDS. Experience handling project cash flows vendor payments and customer collections. Proficient in Excel Tally ERP systems and financial reporting. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
