Job Summary
- Around 5 yrs of Service Now experience
- Someone who has knowledge of having worked across different modules in Service now
- Candidate with knowledge on Automation integration of module with other tools preferred
- You hold a Graduate degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related subject; alternatively an equivalent education in one of these topics
- IT experience of 5 years. 5 years of hands-on experience of ServiceNow in development or SRE activities
- Experience in participating in critical outages or Major Incident Management issues.
- You possess analytical & logical thinking skills experience in one of the scripting languages.
- Possess effective communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
- ServiceNow Administration certification or more
- ServiceNow Systems Integration skills.
- Complex problem-solving skills and experience in technical analysis
