Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a fast-paced high-acuity emergency department. This role is ideal for a confident team-oriented nurse who thrives in a dynamic environment with rapid patient turnover.

Schedule & Contract Details:

Day shift
Three 12-hour shifts per week
Approximately 36 hours per week (hours not guaranteed)
Holiday coverage may be required

Unit Details:

28-bed Emergency Department
Includes trauma bays behavioral health rooms and cardiac-monitored rooms
High-volume fast-paced collaborative team setting

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of acute conditions
Perform rapid assessments triage and stabilization of emergency patients
Administer medications treatments and interventions per protocols
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
Accurately document patient care using the facilitys electronic medical record system

Requirements:

Active Hawaii RN license (must be obtained by assignment start date)
Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
Current BLS ACLS and PALS certifications required
Preferred (not required): Procedural Sedation TNCC ENPC
Ability to work effectively in a high-stress fast-paced environment
