Role Description:

Support the analysis design implementation testing and deployment of technical capabilities. Provide support to the Technical Lead and other ServiceNow SMEs on project. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify define and document detailed requirements use cases and technical solution. Must have experience working in an Agile Scrum project and supporting Agile Scrum ceremonies.
