Job Overview
Technician with a strong background in Windows 11 to assist with the upgrade of operating systems from Windows 10 to Windows 11 across our organization. This role involves assessing current systems performing upgrades troubleshooting any issues and ensuring a smooth transition for all users.

In-depth understanding of Windows 11 including system architecture features and functions.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Work Environment
