A Day in the Life: Adult Support Worker

In this role you arent just a workeryou are a lifestyle advocate. You will partner with adults and seniors to help them navigate their daily lives with confidence:

  • Champion Independence: Assist with daily living skills and personal care ensuring our clients live with dignity in their own homes and communities.

  • Build Community: Plan and attend social outings hobbies and appointments that foster true social inclusion and skill-building.

  • Advocate & Document: Maintain high standards of care through daily case notes admin tasks and incident reporting.

What Youll Bring
  • The Basics: A current NSW Drivers Licence and a willingness to travel (its a mandatory part of the journey!).

  • The Safety Essentials: Current First Aid & CPR Certificate a paid NDIS Workers Check (NDSWC) and a Working with Children Check (WWCC).

  • The Paperwork: Willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).

  • The Edge: Qualifications in Disability Community Services or Individual Support are highly regarded but your passion and attitude matter most.
