As a Food & Beverage Manager at Crerar Hotels youll take full responsibility for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the hotel ensuring high standards and a seamless guest experience. This is a hands-on customer-facing role requiring strong leadership organisation and administrative skills. Youll manage staff rotas people development revenue tracking and stock control all while maintaining operational efficiency. Working closely with the General Manager youll play a key role in enhancing our food and beverage offering and attending Head of Department meetings. If youre driven adaptable and ready to lead by example wed love to hear from you.
