Job Summary
The Affluent Program Analyst supports the Affluent Program team within the Investments & Wealth area contributing to business analysis performance monitoring and the execution of initiatives targeting the affluent client segment. The role has a strong analytical and operational focus with growing exposure to crossfunctional projects and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Financial Analysis
Support the development of business cases and economic analyses related to the affluent segment including data collection modeling and preparation of analytical outputs.
Financial Advisors Performance Monitoring
Analyze key performance indicators of the Financial Advisors network prepare periodic reports and dashboards and identify trends and performance insights.
Incentive Schemes Support
Assist in the analysis and monitoring of incentive schemes supporting effectiveness assessments and basic financial simulations.
Project Support
Support the execution of crossfunctional projects within the Investments & Wealth area contributing to task coordination progress tracking and reporting.
Senior Financial Advisors Onboarding (Support)
Assist in onboarding activities for Senior Financial Advisors ensuring operational readiness and alignment with the affluent strategy.
Stakeholder Materials
Prepare presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders and management meetings.
Skills & Competencies
24 years of experience in banking wealth management consulting business analysis or related fields
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
Solid PowerPoint skills with the ability to structure clear and effective presentations
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Problemsolving mindset and attention to detail
Fluent in English
