THE POSITION:
As a Data Science Analyst you will support the team by transforming data into actionable insights. You will work with structured datasets build dashboards and assist in the development of analytical solutions. This role requires a strong foundation in data manipulation and visualization and a collaborative mindset.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collect clean and transform structured datasets.
- Develop dashboards and reports using PowerBI Tableau or Excel.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and basic statistical evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions.
- Document workflows and findings in a reproducible format.
- Ensure data quality and compliance with privacy standards.
- Stay updated on best practices in data visualization and reporting.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity equity and inclusion through continuous development modeling inclusive behaviors and proactively managing bias.
- All other duties as assigned
EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:
- Travel (not frequent)
- Hours (minimum 40 Hours per week)
- Must be able to commute to the Rende office.
Qualifications :
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience education knowledge skill and/or abilities required.
- Proficient in Python R and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiar with libraries such as Pandas NumPy and Matplotlib. Comfortable using Jupyter notebooks and version control tools like Git/GitHub.
- Able to create clear and interactive dashboards using PowerBI Tableau or Excel. Understands best practices in visual storytelling and data presentation.
- Strong understanding of supervised learning techniques and initial experience with Scikit-learn or XGBoost. Introductory exposure to LLMs (e.g. GPT BERT) and tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Familiar with relational databases (PostgreSQL MySQL) and introductory knowledge of NoSQL systems (MongoDB). Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS Azure or GCP is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Effective communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Fluent English (B2/C1)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors or masters degree in data science Statistics Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Experience presenting insights through dashboards written reports or oral presentations.
