AGIS is hiring a mid-level Product and amp; Project Manager to support and help shape our Healthcare Artificial Intelligence offerings.

This is a hybrid role combining the candidates growing ownership of product understanding and direction while also providing hands-on project coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure work is clearly assigned timelines are met and progress is communicated effectively. Over time this role will develop deep fluency in our product suite and contribute meaningfully to shaping how our healthcare AI products evolve.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex initiatives working across teams and translating between technical systems and real-world use cases.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

Product Learning and amp; Contribution

Learn AGISs healthcare AI product line including:

AI-powered PBX (phone) systems

AI appointment scheduling for healthcare patients

Patient engagement and communication workflows

Understand what each product does how it works and how customers use it

Confidently discuss product capabilities with stakeholders.

Contribute to discussions around enhancements prioritization and future functionality

Help translate partner and customer feedback into actionable next steps

Project Coordination and amp; Execution

Coordinate work across internal teams and external partners

Ensure tasks are clearly defined assigned and tracked

Monitor timelines dependencies and risks across multiple initiatives

Help keep projects moving forward and escalate blockers when needed

Help ensure commitments made to partners and clients are realistic and met

Provide regular status updates and progress reporting to leadership

This role does not require coding experience. Candidates must be comfortable learning technical systems at a functional level.

Stakeholder and amp; Partner Engagement

Attend meetings with internal stakeholders partners and clients

Support new client onboarding efforts including limited travel

Help ensure expectations timelines and deliverables are aligned

Serve as a clear point of communication between technical and non-technical groups

Required Skills and amp; Qualifications

36 years of relevant experience in product management product management or a hybrid role

Experience working on software-based or technical products

Strong organizational and follow-through skills

Clear written and verbal communication abilities

Comfort working in evolving environments with competing priorities

Ability to learn complex systems and explain them clearly

Experience working with external partners or clients

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

Experience in healthcare health IT or regulated environments

Exposure to radiology imaging or diagnostic workflows

Familiarity with AI-enabled products or workflows

Experience working in small or growing companies
