Job Summary
Devsincis a global technology services and consulting company delivering software engineering AI data and digital transformation solutions to clients worldwide. We are seeking aSenior Videographer & Video Editorto support our marketing employer branding and corporate communications initiatives through high-quality visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan shoot and edit professional video content for marketing employer branding internal communications and corporate events
- Manage the complete video production lifecycle including camera setup lighting audio recording and post-production
- Edit and finalize video assets while maintaining consistency with brand and visual guidelines
- Produce both short-form and long-form video content for digital and internal platforms
- Conduct on-site video shoots including interviews leadership messages testimonials and company events
- Organize archive and manage video files and raw footage in a structured media library
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum3 years of professional experienceas a Videographer and Video Editor
Bachelors degree in Media & Communication Marketing Film or a related discipline
- Proven expertise with professional video editing tools includingAdobe Premiere Pro After Effects Final Cut Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of videography principles including composition lighting sound design and color correction
- Demonstrated experience producing corporate branding and promotional video content
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet defined deadlines
- Strong creative and technical judgment with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a technology software or IT services organization
- Knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation
- Experience developing employer branding or corporate culture content
