HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Deliver a seamless and personalised reservations experience managing all booking enquiries amendments and cancellations across phone and written channels

• Intuitively identify each guests preferences to secure the most suitable room type and rate tailored to their stay

• Accurately verify availability and rates ensuring every reservation reflects both guest expectations and brand standards.

• Clearly articulate guarantee requirements special rates and cancellation terms with confidence and discretion

• Capture accommodate and meticulously document special requests to anticipate guest needs ahead of arrival

• Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for W London providing refined insight into hotel facilities services and room offerings

• Apply refined sales techniques to optimise revenue while enhancing the overall guest experience

• Maintain precise and timely data entry within the reservations system ensuring accuracy at every touchpoint

• Correctly process and code special reservation types including complimentary stays employee rates travel agent inspection bookings and wholesale reservations

• Address guest concerns with professionalism and empathy following escalation procedures to ensure swift and appropriate resolution
