This role focuses on content creation social media management paid social support and community engagement while assisting with promotional communications performance tracking and campaign execution. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
Social Media Management and Paid Promotion - Manage and execute social media activities across all major platforms
- Plan schedule publish and optimize organic social content
- Execute paid social boosting and advertising to support campaigns
- Monitor platform/industry trends and audience behavior to inform content strategy
- Track and analyze performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Influencer ProStaff and Community Relations - Build and maintain relationships with influencers brand ambassadors and ProStaff members via social channels
- Coordinate content creation posting schedules and campaign participation with influencers and ProStaff
- Manage ProStaff and influencer databases ensuring accurate records and performance tracking
- Engage directly with the social media community within the industry to strengthen brand loyalty
Content & Brand Communications - Distribute promotional email campaigns
- Assist with distributing press releases when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams on content direction campaign messaging and brand initiatives
Performadditionalduties asrequiredto support the departments effective operation. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - Bachelors degree in marketing communications or related field
- 0-2 years experience in digital marketing and communications
- Demonstrated success in managing integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience supporting coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Exposure to content development campaign performance tracking and internal collaboration
QUALIFICATIONS - Strong understanding of social media platforms tools and analytics
- Social media management expertise
- Experience with social media management and scheduling tools
- Working knowledge of digital advertising and paid social campaigns
- Creative thinking with and understanding of brand voice and audience engagement
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Detail-oriented with data-driven mindset
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - While performing the duties of this job the employee maybe requiredto sit or stand for extended periods of employee maybe requiredto bend twist reach push pull andoperateoffice machinery and motor vehicles.

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS The role primarily aligns with standard business hours; however flexibility is essential to accommodate varying schedules based on business demands. This may include evening weekend and holiday shifts as well as hours outside of typical departmental operations.
