Your Role:
- Leadership: Reflect our agencys culture mission vision and core values.
- Treatment Participation: Engage in mental health intakes service planning and medication monitoring.
- Training: Provide in-service training and educational lectures to staff.
- Consultation: Offer consultations with staff either in person or remotely as needed.
- Clinical Services: Administer psychiatric assessments and medication management for all age groups.
- High-Quality Care: Deliver psychiatric services that meet program and state standards.
- Technology Utilization: Use HIPAA-approved technology for health records and telehealth.
- Collaborative Case Reviews: Participate in case reviews to confirm treatment recommendations and diagnoses.
- In-Person Services: Provide in-person services when clinically indicated.
- Confidentiality: Adhere to all policies procedures and confidentiality agreements.
What Were Looking For:
Education:
- Masters in Nursing with advanced psychiatric certification (PMHNP-BC).
- APN in good standing CDS license and DEA registration.
- Current CPR Certification (ACLS preferred).
Experience:
- 5 years in mental health as an APN.
- Experience with diverse populations in urban settings.
- Ability to serve clients across the lifespan ages 5 and above.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of psychiatric disorders and treatment modalities.
- Familiarity with community resources social services and mental health systems.
- Competence in clinical interventions during crises and non-crisis situations.
Skills and Abilities:
- Problem-solving and independent decision-making.
- Data-driven approach for continuous quality improvement.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- Ability to perform work that involves frequent standing bending reaching squatting kneeling moving and lifting of up to or in excess of 50 pounds.

Salary: $90 - $110 / hour
Vacation & Benefits:
- Vacation: As a full-time employee working generally 35 hours per week you will be eligible to participate in the Family Connections group benefit plans. Benefits include medical dental life insurance long term disability retirement plans and additional supplementary benefits. Yes you can elect to not enroll into these benefits. You will also be eligible to accrue vacation personal and sick days in addition to 12 paid holidays and summer wellness Fridays.
