At PwC our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning compliance and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions.

In partnership tax at PwC you will oversee tax-related issues that affect businesses in various areas including local foreign income and transaction tax compliance. You will provide tax consulting services on strategic and operational matters that impact businesses.

Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation and review of financial reconciliations ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

  • Aid in the drafting refinement and formatting of various financial documents reports and statements to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct systematic filing and documentation of financial records to maintain orderly secure and easily accessible archives.

  • Collaborate with team members to identify discrepancies in financial data and work towards timely resolution to support accurate financial reporting.

  • Provide support in the organization and execution of financial audits including the preparation of necessary documentation and responding to audit inquiries.

Requirements

  • Minimum educational qualification of a Diploma III (D-III) in Accounting Finance or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of financial reconciliation processes and accounting standards.

  • Familiarity with tax processes and regulations.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for systematic filing and documentation.

  • Good communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.

  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
