职位描述
1. 注重个人及他人安全
2. 负责IPSD400系列&系列发动机故障维修和生产线问题响应处理严格按照返修流程标准发现异常及时反馈
3. 不定期出差客户端短期驻厂支持快速支持客户现场问题解决和排查反馈
4. 适应倒班早中班
5. 发动机故障的根本原因分析行动措施的实施与跟踪
6. 除负责区域外对GRA其他区域受过培训工作能够独立操作
7. 熟悉区域内执行的流程和持续的流程改进工作
8. 严格执行TPM工作计划可以发现TPM不足之处努力提高工作效率
9. 维护工作区域内5S要求分数在4.5分以上
10. 具备良好的沟通能力和维修报告填写能力
任职要求
1. 正直良好的沟通能力强烈的责任心和团队精神真诚交流
2. 吃苦耐劳适应差旅要求
3. 中专及以上学历
4. 具备良好的5S和TPM全员生产维护理念了解和掌握BIQ/RPRT流程
5. 了解故障根本原因分析鱼骨图5WHY
6. 有一定的机械和电气基础
7. 具有良好的安全意识个人连续12个月无任何因个人原因导致的伤害记录
8. 熟练的使用 Excelword PPT技能
9. 有较强的责任心能主动承担行动后果
10. 工作与生活时间合理安排确保出差的连续稳定性
