Job Description
角色与职责 Roles & Responsibilities
- 利用扎实的工艺技术知识与分析能力负责新品的工艺技术路线规划设备选型与验证新技术引入试制组织与推进工艺参数确定与验证以及工艺文件如作业指导书DMRDHR的建立更新与培训
- 确保新产品工艺开发顺利落地持续输出质量稳定产量可控且具备成本竞争力的制造方案
- 主导产品的技术改进工艺优化和效率提升工作对工艺问题进行系统性分析跟踪与改善并持续推动产品质量提升
- 积极协同跨部门团队推动工艺相关事项落地具备良好的逻辑思维及风险管理意识能够有效识别预防和规避工艺管理中的潜在风险
- 作为团队的技术资源为经验较少的同事提供支持能够领导低风险的小型项目清晰传达技术信息促进团队达成共识并在必要时处理敏感工艺类议题
基本资格 Basic Qualifications
- 制造工程岗位要求本科学历工科类专业优先
- 优秀的口头表达书面沟通能力和跨部门协作能力
- 具备较强的人际影响力和团队领导力可带领小团队或推动中等规模的工艺项目
- 能够同时管理并协调多个制造工艺相关任务或项目
- 具备扎实的问题识别根因分析和解决能力
- 可靠的技术分析能力与组织协调能力能够支持持续的工艺改进与项目推进
