Process Specialist

Responsibilities and key activities required (additional to role description)

1) Production Support & Troubleshooting
- Act as first-line responder for electrical issues during assembly wiring commissioning and testing.
- Support daily production to ensure safety quality delivery and takt compliance.
- Participate in pilot builds trials and engineering changes.
2) Process Documentation & Standardization
- Develop SOPs/WIs process flows control plans inspection standards wiring diagrams.
- Ensure alignment of processes with BOM/MES/ERP.
- Drive process standardization and knowledge base creation.
3) Customized/Non-Standard Project Support
- Conduct manufacturability assessments (DFM).
- Lead introduction pilot build risk assessment and process definition.
- Define process solutions for variations
4) Data Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Use data to drive improvements in FPY repair reduction and downtime reduction.
- Produce weekly/monthly reports and 8D/5Why problem analysis.
- Lead PFMEA MSA SPC and CAPA activities.
5) Quality Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with GB/T 7588 GB 16899 EN 81 EN 115 EMC insulation and grounding.
- Implement safety controls such as LOTO and anti-miswiring.
6) Supply Chain Support
- Define process requirements for key electrical components.
- Support supplier issue analysis and PPAP/APQP.
7) Team Leadership & Training
- Coach engineers and technicians.
- Conduct training for new processes and customized products.

Bachelors degree or above in Electrical Engineering or Automation.
8 years electrical experience; elevator/escalator industry preferred.
Solid understanding of electrical architecture safety circuits PLC/drives.
Skilled with EPLAN / AutoCAD Electrical.
Strong troubleshooting capability.
Familiar with 8D FMEA CP MSA 5Why.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Experience with customized product introduction.
Knowledge of industry standards EMC or functional safety.
MES/ERP or smart manufacturing experience.
Good English ability.
