Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all live orders ensuring smooth coordination from placement to delivery
- Liaise with merchants couriers and customers to resolve any order-related issues
- Maintain accurate data within our operational tools
- Support customers via live chat and email through HubSpot
- Answer incoming calls via the bOnline phone system
- Gather customer feedback and insights to improve our service
- Adapt to evolving processes and contribute to creating scalable workflows
Requirements:
2 years of experience in Customer Service Operations Sales or a related role
Prior experience in logistics fulfillment or last-mile delivery preferred
Experience in the trades or construction industry is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with HubSpot or similar CRMs
Tech-savvy and confident using web-based tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Able to thrive in a dynamic constantly evolving environment
