About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with strong expertise in API testing automation scripting and modern backend technologies. This role will support the Private Lending project and involves validating critical lending workflows ensuring seamless API integrations and delivering high-quality automation solutions within a BFSI environment. The ideal candidate will be wellversed /C# cloud-based testing and microservices validation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain automation test scripts for UI web and API testing.
Perform API testing and validate integrations with backend lending systems.
Work with Azure cloud environments DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes.
Ensure comprehensive test coverage across microservices backend services and modern integration layers.
Collaborate closely with developers business analysts architects and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
Identify log and track defects; work with stakeholders for timely resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement of automation frameworks coding standards and testing practices.
Support regression automation API validations and performance of reusable automation components.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing (both UI & API).
Expertise with API testing tools such as Postman RestAssured or equivalent.
Strong proficiency in C# for automation scripting.
Experience working with Azure cloud deployments and test execution in cloud pipelines.
Familiarity with modern backend technologies including microservices REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
Ability to design implement and maintain robust automation frameworks.
BFSI domain experience is mandatory preferably in lending or core banking.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent.
57 years of relevant experience in automation API testing and backend validation.
Strong analytical debugging and problemsolving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
