Job Summary

About the role:

As a Test Automation Engineer youll play a critical role in enabling quality at speed. Youll design and implement both manual and automated test scenarios across the SDLC with a focus on delivering clean secure and reliable software to market.

This is a dynamic high-energy environment where change is constant quality is paramount and collaboration is key. Youll work within a team that values adaptability problem-solving and ownership while helping to drive the success of our exciting telecom product.

Key Duties:

Design develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure software quality across functional and non-functional areas.
Perform manual and exploratory testing to validate new features enhancements and bug fixes.
Collaborate with developers product owners and QA team members to define test strategies plans and acceptance criteria.
Maintain and improve the existing test automation framework ensuring it remains scalable efficient and reliable.
Identify document and track defects while providing actionable insights to improve overall product quality and performance.

Requirements

Requirements / Our Ideal Candidate Has:

A completed qualification in software testing (ISTQB Foundation preferred)
35 years experience in automation testing (framework design scripting execution)
Proficiency with tools such as Playwright Selenium BrowserStack Postman and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab
Solid understanding of the full SDLC integration/regression testing and test case design
Exposure to API performance or security testing
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Strong attention to detail problem-solving ability and a quality-first mindset
A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
