Manual Tester

Key Duties

1. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to define plan and execute test strategies for high-quality software delivery.
   
2. Design develop and execute test cases across functional integration system and regression testing levels.
   
3. Perform backend testing including REST/SOAP API validation database verification and integration scenario testing.
   
4. Identify document and track defects while working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
   
5. Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on QA processes automation opportunities and testing best practices.
   
6. Support test automation initiatives using frameworks such as Selenium Java and JUnit (where applicable) to improve efficiency and coverage.
   

Requirements

Skills and Experience

• 3 years of Agile testing experience actively contributing to cross-functional teams
  
• 5 years of software testing experience including functional integration and system testing
  
• Proficient in test design techniques like boundary value analysis equivalence partitioning and exploratory testing
  
• Experienced with Agile methodologies (SCRUM Kanban) and the QA role in iterative software delivery
  
• Solid database knowledge with SQL for data setup and backend validation
  
• ISTQB Foundation Level and/or Agile Tester Extension Level certification
  
• Excellent English communication skills for collaboration in international teams
  
• Strong analytical thinking and proactive identification of quality issues
  
• Self-driven taking initiative in test planning execution and continuous improvement
  
• Nice to have: Experience testing mobile applications (iOS/Android)
  
• Nice to have: Hands-on expertise with test automation frameworks using Selenium Java and JUnit (or similar)
