Job Summary

Resident User Support focuses on assisting end users with resident-facing features of the product. This is a higher-volume more streamlined support role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle resident support inquiries via phone and digital channels.

  • Assist users with basic product questions and issues.

  • Escalate unresolved issues as needed.

  • Handle Spanish-language calls routed from the US and other regions.

  • Follow defined support workflows and documentation standards.

Requirements

  • Good English skills required initially.

  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Ability to handle high call volumes calmly and efficiently.

  • Prior call center or customer support experience is a plus.
