Job Summary

Strong working experience with Zoho software (Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting) is mandatory

Maintain accurate books of accounts including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger

Handle day-to-day accounting operations vouchers journal entries and reconciliations

Prepare and manage GST compliance (returns filings reconciliation)

Manage bank reconciliations cash flow statements and expense tracking

Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits

Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports

Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations

Work closely with internal teams for billing collections and financial reporting

Requirements

Strong working experience with Zoho software (Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting) is mandatory

Sound knowledge of accounting principles bookkeeping and financial reporting

Experience in accounts payable accounts receivable bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
