Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the same to designers and manufacturing teams.
Perform effective merchandising and act as a bridge between customers designers and production.
Follow up on Product Development (PD) orders with Sketch Corel and CAD teams.
Coordinate with outsourced designers resolve their queries and ensure timely outputs.
Assist in developing systems to ensure timely delivery of jewellery and related information.
Redesign jewellery as per customer requirements and current market trends.
Prepare and maintain reports on customer feedback responses and complaints.
Oversee and manage a database of all designs from initial concept to finished product.
Assist in performing inventory checks as required.
Requirements
Female candidate with 23 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the local jewellery market.
Knowledge of manual jewellery designing and computer-aided designing (CAD).
Diploma in Jewellery Designing or certification from a professional institute is preferred.
Sound knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes.
Hands-on experience with EMR software.
Good communication coordination and follow-up skills.
