What awaits you/ Job Profile	You will ensure the stability and smooth functioning of the production environment across multiple Qualtrics modules. Your role involves managing dashboards survey configurations and monitoring data flows to guarantee uninterrupted operations. You will also handle incident response and performance optimization to meet BMWs operational standards.
What should you bring along	Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work under pressure in a production environment. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence. Experience in incident management and monitoring practices.
Must have technical skill	Hands-on experience with Qualtrics platform administration. Ability to configure surveys dashboards and workflows. Basic JavaScript knowledge (using Visual Studio) for email template customization. Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk Datadog AWS CloudWatch). ServiceNow or Similar tool
Good to have technical skills	Exposure to workflow automation and monitoring tools. Understanding of RESTful APIs and web service integration. Knowledge of cloud-based environments (AWS). Experience supporting multi-market operations and localization. Agile Working Model (Jira & Confluence.
