Job Summary

Senior Analyst Programmer (UniVerse/PickBASIC)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst Programmer to a join our team. This role reports directly to the Team Leader Technical Integrations.

The main purpose of this role is to demonstrate advanced analysis and programming on the suite of products for client service release upgrades product installations data conversion and merger projects.

Your role and responsibilities will include the following:

Code integration re-engineering and delivery of code for all project types

Perform analysis of client site source files to determine required site modifications

Perform code import of product modules and subsequent re-engineering of required modifications for product module installations

Perform and/or assist with installation conversion and upgrade projects. This includes troubleshooting incidents and documenting issues and solutions

Perform all facets of installations including preparation deployment of code application system configuration and execution of installation processes

Perform Quality Assurance for work done by colleague programmers of client site files modification analysis and re-engineering for service release upgrade and product module installations

Your skill set and attributes should reflect:

Experience in UniVerse/PICK-BASIC environments

Proven systems analysis and programming skills

The ability to take ownership for the delivery of all tasks assigned and provide leadership to non-senior staff in assisting them to achieve desired outcomes

Demonstrates creativity and initiative strong analytical skills particularly in relation to problem solving and attention to detail

Ability to prioritise and be proactive a self starter and highly motivated.

Must be willing to work outside standard business hours

Must have good documentation skills

Knowledge of payment systems would be advantageous
