You will make an impact by:
- Planning Preparing financial planning data and reviewing data integrity analyze discrepancy and strive to correct (Full P&L Plan & Forecast Management). Partnering with relevant stakeholders in Europe and providing insights and guidance during this process.
- Business Reporting and Analysis Managing analytical reviews and key variance analysis with the objective of providing insightful feedback and analysis accurate information while explaining variances and underlying trends to Divisional Leadership team & provide regular reporting (monthly basis)
- Month-End Close Reviewing HQ Budget with business stakeholders provide guidance & assist team to manage cost centers (accruals cut off... )
- Driving innovation standardization and automation of systems and reports ensuring data integrity
- Compliance Assisting team in ensuring Edwards compliance by applying knowledge of applicable regulations (e.g. Sunshine Act SOX GAAP financials SEC IRS)
- Special Projects Providing ad hoc reporting and analysis participating to global or regional projects
What youll need (Required):
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field complemented by several years of experience as a Financial Analyst or within Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is a strong advantage.

- Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and related financial systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Excellent problem-solving critical thinking and investigative skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
