Job Summary

Our client is a leading B2B iGaming provider and ecosystem that empowers partner brands through advanced technology analytics and operational expertise since 2009. Currently the company is launching a strategic performance-driven vertical aimed at building a proprietary traffic acquisition engine to systematically generate high-quality player acquisitions for its ecosystem.

The company is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to take an intrapreneurial lead in building a new business unit from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CXO the professional will be responsible for establishing a dual-contour structure: an in-house performance team and a large-scale arbitrage operation. The ultimate goal is to scale the vertical to 5000 FTDs per month and eventually transition the role into the CEO of a standalone business unit.

Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in performance marketing with full P&L responsibility.

  • Deep background in arbitrage including media buying (Facebook Google Ads Native) and affiliate networks.

  • Extensive experience within the iGaming betting or high-risk verticals.

  • Proven track record of scaling traffic to 1000 FTDs per month.

  • Strong analytical skills focusing on unit economics LTV modeling and cohort analysis.

Will be a plus:
  • Experience in managing external arbitrage teams or affiliate groups.

  • Technical background in tracking attribution systems and complex analytics setups.

  • Experience managing multi-geo campaigns across LATAM EU and emerging markets.
